Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor and DeliveryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Perinatal Float Pool, providing care across various perinatal units, including Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, and LDRP. This position requires a strong commitment to teamwork and effective communication in a fast-paced clinical environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality patient care in Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, and LDRP units.Perform nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients.Provide education and support to patients and families during the perinatal period.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Participate in continuous learning and development to maintain clinical competency across all areas of focus.Adhere to all hospital policies and protocols, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.Be flexible to work additional overtime shifts as needed based on unit requirements.QualificationsCurrent Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state.Minimum of two years of combined experience in Labor and Delivery and Postpartum.Demonstrated competency in both Labor and Delivery and Postpartum care is mandatory.Ability to work night shifts (3x12-hour shifts).Must be available to work one additional overtime shift every two weeks, totaling seven shifts.No Requests for Time Off (RTO) will be accepted during the first three weeks of employment.Additional InformationThe Manager will provide a minimum of two weeks' notice for changes in scheduling.
