Job Summary: Sony Pictures Entertainment is one of the industry’s leading content providers, producing programming worldwide across genres and platforms. The Coordinator, Sales Marketing will assist the Exec Director of Sales Marketing by managing project workflows, maintaining documentation, and supporting the creative development and distribution of pitch materials to ensure efficient operations and meet critical deadlines. Responsibilities:

• Support the Exec Director to develop, drive, and elevate SPTS show sales
• Support the execution of marketing sales by tracking coordinating tasks, deadlines, and deliverables
• Schedule meetings, appointments, travel, and manage calendars for the Sales Marketing team
• Serve as a point of contact between the Sales Marketing department and internal/external stakeholders
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, notes, and follow-up action items
• Process purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports for the Sales Marketing team
• Monitor and report on sales marketing budget expenditures
• Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets
• Ensure the Sales Marketing office is well-organized and all equipment is maintained
• Maintain and organize pitch materials, assets, internal documents and team tracking systems. Experience with Airtable, Keynote, and PowerPoint is a plus.
• Provide additional administrative support as needed to the Sales Marketing team

Qualifications: Required:

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in marketing or entertainment
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Highly organized and detailed oriented
• Deep understanding and passion for the entertainment, television, and digital industries
• Collaborative and transparent team-builder with experience working in a matrixed, multicultural, and international organization
• Ability to analyze and learn from reporting data and insights
• A lifetime learner constantly pursuing emerging and cross-disciplinary approaches that can enhance the work product delivered to internal and external stakeholder
