Senior Professional Services Consultant

To support customer success, the full-time Senior Professional Services Consultant will ensure exceptional onboarding and implementation experiences for clients, providing strategic insights and managing project delivery in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during onboarding and implementation phases Deliver implementations on time while managing project milestones, budgets, and customer expectations Drive successful platform adoption and support existing customers with additional services post-launch Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or related fields, preferably in a SaaS environment Proven track record of building trust and developing client relationships while ensuring implementation excellence Experience with AI tools and techniques, particularly in configuring or piloting AI agents Strong project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives and manage risks effectively Technical aptitude to understand complex product aspects and educate clients accordingly
