Role Summary

As a Cloud Architect, you will lead project-based teams and serve in a client‑facing role, acting as the primary architect and technical lead on projects to scope, estimate work streams, model technical solutions, and provide expert advice during client communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver cloud enterprise solutions.
• Scope, estimate, and architect technical solutions that meet business requirements.
• Serve as a technical expert in client communications and presentations.
• Mentor, develop, and support team members.
• Handle complex organizational dynamics to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands‑on experience delivering cloud enterprise solutions across multiple domains.
• Experience leading teams that develop complex, high‑volume, mission‑critical enterprise solutions.
• Deep understanding of cloud solution architecture with at least one major provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Proficient in multiple technical areas including native tooling, platform engineering, security engineering, FinOps, migration advisory, AI tooling, data & privacy engineering, and MarTech & AdTech.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and client‑engagement skills.
• Ability to mentor, lead, and develop others.
• Passion for technology and continuous learning of cloud development trends across disciplines.

• Azure: Functions, Queue Storage, Cosmos DB, App Services, etc.
• GCP: Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Functions, etc.

Platform Engineering

• Terraform, CloudFormation, Azure DevOps, Github Actions, etc.

Security Engineering

• AWS: Cognito, IAM, GuardDuty, Security Hub, etc.
• Azure: AD, Advanced Threat Protection, etc.
• GCP: Chronicle, VirusTotal, Cloud Monitoring, etc.

FinOps

• CloudHealth, Cloudability, Billing tools.

Migration Advisory

• AWS: DMS, Snowcone/Snowball/Mobile, etc.
• Azure: Database Migration Services, etc.
• GCP: Migrate for Anthos and GKE, Ramp, Data Transfer Services, etc.

AI Tooling

• AWS: Bedrock
• Azure: AI Foundry
• GCP: Vertex AI

Data & Privacy Engineering

• AWS: Clean Rooms, Athena, Glue, Quicksight, Redshift, etc.
• Azure: Databricks, Blob Storage, Data Lake Analytics, etc.
• GCP: BigQuery, Looker, Cloud Storage, etc.
