What You'll Be Doing:

As a Leasing Professional, you'll do more than help people find apartments-you'll help create a place they can proudly call home. From attracting and guiding prospective residents through the leasing process to completing move-ins and building lasting relationships, you'll play a vital role in the success of our community.

Compensation and Incentives

Excellent Base Pay : $19.00 - $21.00/hour


20% Rent Discount


Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions (paid monthly)


$300 Morgan Essentials (paid quarterly)


Employee Referral Program (Earn up to $750 per referral)

Hours & Schedule

Monday - Friday: 9:00AM - 6:00PM


Rotating Saturdays: 10:00AM - 5:00PM

What We'll Expect from You:

Prior customer service experience required; leasing or sales experience is a plus.


Valid driver's license, good driving record, and auto insurance may be required for travel to multiple properties.


Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents and office staff.


Strong sales focus with an ability to provide exceptional customer service.
