Urgent Care ER Veterinarian (DVM) – Lacey, WA | Small Animal ER | AAHA | $140,000 – $160,000 Base + Sign-On Bonus Up to $75K

A well-established AAHA-accredited,   emergency veterinary hospital in Lacey, Washington is seeking a swing-shift  Emergency Veterinarian (DVM) to join a collaborative team delivering high-quality emergency care to pets and families across the region.

About the Hospital & ER Environment

This AAHA-accredited, 24-hour emergency veterinary hospital provides a collaborative setting where veterinarians can practice high-quality emergency medicine with strong clinical support. The hospital is supported by highly trained technicians and support staff, and doctors regularly collaborate with colleagues on complex cases in a culture that values teamwork and continued learning. 

• 12-hour swing shifts (2pm–2am), 3 days per week allowing for a consistent schedule and work-life balance
• AAHA-accredited 24-hour emergency facility pursuing VECCS certification
• Experienced technicians and support staff assisting with emergency cases
• Collaborative environment with peer consultation and shared case discussions
• Diverse emergency caseload in a fast-paced ER setting

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) from an accredited veterinary school
• Eligible for or currently licensed to practice veterinary medicine in California
• TN visa sponsorship supported for qualified veterinarians from Canada and Mexico
