Insurance Sales Producer (Full-Time) Everett, WA
We're an award-winning, local insurance agency in Everett, WA looking for a full-time Insurance Sales Producer to join our fully licensed team. If you have sales experience and you're ready to grow with a high-performing agency, we'd love to hear from you.
Pay & Benefits
- Hourly wage up to $30/hour
- Uncapped commission (earn what you perform)

What You'll Do
- Quote and present insurance options that fit each client's needs
- Follow up on leads and help grow new business
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Manage sales pipeline activity and keep client information organized
- Provide the high level of service our clients expect
Who We're Looking For
- Sales experience required
- Must be currently licensed (or obtain within 90 days of initial hire date)
- Strong communication skills and a professional, consultative approach
- Self-motivated and comfortable working toward goals

- We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
