Safely operate vehicles in accordance with U.S. DOT, local, state (provincial) and federal requirements Safely observe all corporate operating guidelines and procedures Observe all company environmental health and safety operating guidelines Performs other duties as assigned Travel to required field sites and operate heavy equipment/yellow iron Operate excavators, bulldozers, front end loaders, and other heavy equipment Perform routine maintenance on equipment Read and interpret blueprints and plans Haul and move materials as necessary Coordinate with project managers and other team members Monitor equipment for malfunctions or defects Maintain safe and clean work environment Qualifications Required Qualifications: Ability to work in a team environment Previous experience in operating heavy equipment Successfully complete a background check, drug test, and physical, by position Per OSHA’s Respiratory Protection standard, 29 CFR 1910.134, employees in positions requiring respirators are required to meet facial hair standards.
