PS Program Manager

Responsibilities Coordinate all aspects of a product or service offering project for a client, from inception to installation. Manage specific projects with a distinct beginning and end, ensuring delivery of new or enhanced products and improving customer satisfaction. Oversee the full project lifecycle, managing schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to meet objectives. Provide guidance to team members within company policies and recommend changes to procedures that affect the organization. Lead cooperative efforts among members of a cross‑functional project team, interacting with sales, systems engineering, product development, and other functions. Make decisions that impact costs, methods, and staffing, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic plan. Compensation and Benefits Salary range and variable compensation for this role is $117,000.00 - $137,000.00, and represents the low and high end of compensation for this position. Actual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to, location, experience, and performance. The range listed is one component of Forcepoint’s total compensation package. Other rewards may include bonuses, paid time off, and many region‑specific benefits.
