Position Summary Responsible for delivering person-centered care based on the needs and interests of residents and members while preserving their dignity and quality of life. Essential Functions Perform nursing services including resident assessments, recording vital signs, and administering medications and treatments. Keep timely documentation of written and verbal reports ensuring quality care is provided. Interact with the resident's physician, pharmacist, and medical personnel as needed. Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, and mobility) following the Resident Care Plan. Participate in and attend all required in-service training and education sessions as scheduled. Other duties as assigned. Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Expected Hours of Work Requires frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and climbing. Must lift or carry up to 50 lbs and push up to 250 lbs independently. Use proper body mechanics to assist residents in their daily living. Requires long hours and frequent night and weekend work. Travel No travel is expected although occasional travel may be required for training sessions, continuing education opportunities, emergency situations, and other company functions. Education and Experience Requirements Four-year college or university degree desired. Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse. Certifications in CPR, AED, and First Aid. Two years’ experience in a similar healthcare position preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently. Ability to meet or exceed the company's attendance and punctuality standards. Ability to use Electronic Records and miscellaneous software and office equipment. Ability to understand and follow directions as given. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Licenses & Certifications Registered Nurse – Required.
