This contract position provides flexibility, with 24 hours per week and the option to increase your caseload by combining with two additional area roles—one at 16 hours and another at 28 hours per week. If you're a COTA, supervision is available to help you thrive in these positions.

Key Qualifications:

• Current OT or COTA licensure in Ohio
• Strong understanding of school-based OT practices
• Experience working with children or adolescents in educational settings
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, teachers, and parents
• Clear communication and organizational skills
• For COTA candidates, open to working under required supervision

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations and direct services for students as outlined in IEPs
• Collaborate with teaching staff to adapt classroom activities and materials
• Develop and implement individualized strategies to support student participation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and team planning sessions
• Communicate regularly with families regarding goals and student progress
• Adapt to the needs of multiple school sites if combining positions for a full caseload
