Massachusetts Licensed Primary Therapist

Seeking a dedicated Master's Level Primary Therapist, the full-time hybrid position in Dorchester, Massachusetts will manage an individual caseload, conducting assessments and delivering comprehensive mental health and substance use services to clients and their families. Key responsibilities Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities Provide individual, family, and group therapy while serving as the primary clinical contact for an assigned caseload Maintain accurate clinical documentation and deliver remote therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms Required qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related clinical field Active Massachusetts license or license-eligible status: LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, or LMFT Demonstrated experience in psychotherapy modalities including CBT, DBT, and trauma-focused approaches Familiarity with ICD-10 and CPT coding and behavioral health medical terminology Strong crisis management skills and experience with crisis intervention and safety planning
