Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive needs to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Document patient progress, modify treatment strategies, and communicate with healthcare teams.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and injury prevention.
• Adhere to all regulatory standards and facility protocols throughout care delivery.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Occupational Therapist license in the relevant state or territory.
• Demonstrate previous experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Possess excellent assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Maintain current CPR certification and relevant continuing education credentials.
• Proven ability to work effectively within interdisciplinary teams.
