You'll be:Following established procedures to calibrate, test, and prepare advanced instruments for shipping.Serving as the first line of troubleshooting for diagnosing and resolving equipment issues.Participating in group problem-solving sessions and process improvement initiatives.Reporting directly to the Manufacturing Supervisor as part of the on-site Production Team.This job might be an outstanding fit if you:Have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing machines/hardware calibration and using data to calibrate manufacturing equipment (must-have).Hold an Associate's degree in a technical field such as Computer, Engineering, or Life Sciences (must-have).Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a basic understanding of statistical methods, techniques, formulas, and tests (must-have).Demonstrate a proactive attitude, take initiative, and ask questions as needed.Can follow both verbal and written instructions and work effectively as part of a team.Have good communication skills.(Preferred) Bring experience with calibration, automation, centrifuges, plate readers, or familiarity with chemistry and liquid handling equipment.(Preferred) Have worked with Beckman, Agilent, or Hamilton equipment.
