Contract | Night Shift | 36–48 Hours per Week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
• Coordinate patient care with other disciplines across the care team
• Apply critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in clinical decision-making
• Support and participate in an Epic EMR conversion environment

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
• Epic and Cerner experience within the last 5 years (each work history entry must specify the charting system used, with dates provided if multiple EMR systems were used within the same role)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
• AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification
• AHA-NRP or ARC-NALS certification
• Must have successfully completed at least one prior contract or held a staff employment position; no gaps or incomplete assignments

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Acute care facility experience in a Labor and Delivery setting
