Job Description

• Craft Customized Treatment Plans: Assess each patient's unique needs and create tailored therapy strategies to assist them in reaching their goals.
• Implement Therapy Interventions: Apply evidence-based methodologies to enhance patients' motor abilities, cognition, and daily activities.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work seamlessly with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to deliver comprehensive, holistic care.
• Educate Patients and Their Families: Teach patients and caregivers therapeutic techniques to promote progress outside the clinical setting.
• Document Progress and Outcomes: Track patient development and adapt treatment plans as necessary to ensure they remain on the right track.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Continued education or post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported.

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is essential.
