Do you love working with kids and want a fun, rewarding job where you can make a difference? Cardinal Club is looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, and caring supervisor to join our after-school program!
Cardinal Club provides a safe, fun, and engaging environment for our PK–5th grade students after the school day ends. Our goal is to create a place where children feel cared for, connected, and excited to be part of our Cardinal Club family.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and care for students in a safe and positive environment, as well as helping lead the younger staff members
- Build relationships with children and help them have a great afternoon
- Lead and participate in games, crafts, activities, and outdoor play
- Help students with homework and afternoon routines
- Encourage good character, kindness, and respect
- Assist with snack time and daily transitions
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
- Work as part of a team to make Cardinal Club a wonderful experience for our students
Schedule
Monday–Friday | After School until 5:30 PM
This is an excellent opportunity for college students, education majors, teachers, retirees, or anyone who loves working with children and is looking for a rewarding part-time position.
Requirements:We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Dependable and responsible
- Patient, energetic, and positive
- Comfortable working with children ages PK–5th grade
- A good communicator and team player
- Creative and willing to jump in and participate
- Able to create a fun atmosphere while maintaining appropriate structure and supervision
- Someone who genuinely enjoys working with kids!
