Extrusion Process Technician

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and extrusion services, is seeking a dedicated Extrusion Process Technician to join their team. As an integral part of the Production Department supporting operational excellence, the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, independent work ethic, and a proactive approach to process improvement, aligning successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Extrusion Process Technician

Location: Neenah, WI

Pay Range: :$23.00 - $27.00

Shift: 1st shift

What's the Job?

• Perform trials with new and existing tooling to ensure parts meet customer specifications.
• Assist in process improvements to increase productivity, reduce scrap, and enhance efficiency.
• Develop documentation, instructions, and procedures to support manufacturing initiatives.
• Support training and development of production personnel on extrusion processes.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed.

What's Needed?

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of experience in profile extrusion or related manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read blueprints and operate various machinery, small hand tools, and precision measuring devices.
• Reliance on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions.
• Maintenance experience is a plus, with a focus on troubleshooting and equipment repair.
