Machinist 3 (3/12 Weekend Shift)

Position Summary With little or no assistance, a level three machinist will operate 3-5 axis CNC machines, conventional mills, and lathes. They will produce complex aerospace parts, demonstrate advanced cross‑training flexibility such as first‑part run and full machine recovery, complete complex setups on 3-5 axis machines, and apply advanced blueprint and GD&T reading. They will also edit programs and write simple tooling programs, and troubleshoot complex parts.
