Healthcare Facility Maintenance Director — Life Safety Lead

The Greens at Gastonia is seeking a Maintenance Director to oversee all maintenance operations and ensure the facility meets compliance standards. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in skilled nursing or healthcare environments and will be responsible for maintaining regulatory readiness and safety. This leadership role includes managing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems while collaborating with vendors for repairs and projects.
