Methodist Healthcare System is seeking a motivated and patient-centered Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our growing cardiology team at Methodist Hospital in San Antonio, Texas. This outpatient position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced cardiologists in a collaborative practice dedicated to delivering high-quality cardiovascular care. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient education, preventative cardiology, and managing a diverse population of patients with cardiovascular conditions.

Position Details:

• No hospital rounding responsibilities
• No inpatient call requirements
• Established referral network and patient base
• Collaborative team environment with physician support
• Opportunity to develop long-term relationships with patients

Qualifications:

• Nurse Practitioner (ACNP or AGACNP preferred) or Physician Assistant
• Board certified and eligible for Texas licensure
• Prior cardiology or acute care/hospitalist experience preferred
• Strong clinical decision-making skills and ability to work independently overnight
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
