Conduct comprehensive evaluations for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients, utilizing both standardized assessments and observational measures.

Craft individualized treatment strategies to address patients' immediate and long-term communication, cognitive, or swallowing goals.

Deliver targeted speech therapy services focusing on enhancing communication skills, language development, fluency, voice, and swallowing abilities.

Collaborate interdisciplinary with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, families, and caregivers to ensure holistic care.

Provide education for patients and their families to continue their progress beyond therapy sessions.

Assist with inpatient evaluations and treatments as needed, ensuring seamless continuity of care throughout the treatment process.

Maintain precise and timely documentation in accordance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.

Engage in ongoing learning to stay abreast of best practices and advancements in the profession.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if you are not yet ASHA-certified.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days after starting.

Expertise in evidence-based treatment techniques for all age groups and a solid understanding of developmental and acquired communication and swallowing disorders.

Adept interpersonal skills that facilitate communication with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Ability to tailor therapy modalities to accommodate various cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

Excellent clinical judgment coupled with strong problem-solving capabilities.

Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation regulations.
