We’re hiring Retail Sales Associates  to work inside major home improvement retail locations. This is a sales role focused on customer engagement, lead generation, and appointment setting .

You'll connect with homeowners while they shop, learn about their home-comfort needs, and introduce them to ARS heating, cooling, plumbing, energy-efficiency, and indoor air-quality solutions.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will engage with homeowners while they shop and introduce them to Columbus Worthington Air's heating, cooling, and home comfort solutions. This is a high-energy sales role focused on customer engagement, lead generation, and appointment setting .

• Start friendly, face-to-face conversations with shoppers about home comfort, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality
\n
• Act as a Brand Ambassador by educating customers on ARS heating and cooling services and home improvement solutions
\n
• Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultations
\n
• Enter customer information and book appointments for ARS specialists
\n
• Represent ARS with a professional and positive in-store presence
\n
• Support in-store promotions alongside retail management and ARS team members
\n

What We’re Looking For

\n
• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers
\n
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required)
\n
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts
\n
• Weekend and some holiday availability
\n
• Reliable transportation
\n
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
\n
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
\n
