Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals in a fast-paced environment, adhering to food safety guidelines and quality standards

• Plan and execute menus to meet the nutritional needs of our residents, including special diets and cultural preferences

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all health and safety protocols

• Collaborate with our dietary team to ensure seamless meal service and minimize food waste

• Work closely with our Nursing and Rehabilitation Center to ensure our residents receive exceptional care and services

Requirements:

• 0 years of experience in culinary arts or a related field (entry-level candidates welcome!)

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Familiarity with food safety protocols and sanitation practices
