Practice Overview:

• You’ll join a team of three physicians in a medically focused practice.
• Emphasis on medical eye disease with minimal routine primary care
• Collaborative co-management model with subspecialty support
• Large referral base with approximately 300 sources

 

Schedule:

• Flexible clinic hours to accommodate work-life balance
• Strong focus on clinic time with procedural opportunities available
• No heavy call burden; emphasis on patient care quality

 

Compensation & Benefits:

• Guaranteed Salary 140,000 - 160,000
• Production incentives and long-term earning potential

Candidate Requirements:

• Optometrist (OD) with residency training preferred
• Open to both U.S. and international graduates
