Talent Acquisition Lead

Talent Acquisition Lead will run full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles while partnering with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition Team to support the company’s hiring strategy. Responsibilities Conduct full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including attracting, evaluating, and referring candidates. Lead in-depth intake meetings with hiring managers to understand role details, challenges, EVP, clarify the hiring process, and define the interview process. Identify position requirements; develop job advertisements and screen resumes/applications. Build and maintain sourcing and candidate identification methods to keep an ongoing pipeline for key positions. Serve as the CS champion in passive sourcing using passive and direct techniques such as: Database mining and internet searching Participation and networking within associations and organizations Cold calling Competitive research on direct competitor organizations Advise and guide managers on legislation impacting recruiting; recommend new procedures and conduct training on interviewing best practices. Manage assigned requisitions in the applicant tracking system, ensuring timely movement of applicants to maintain compliance and support easy retrieval of candidate information for recruiting. Support execution of EEO commitments in the organization’s AAP plan and conduct proactive recruiting to achieve AAP goals and objectives. Partner with the Talent Acquisition Team to keep recruiting strategy, technology infrastructure, and processes competitive for attracting and retaining talent. Participate in talent acquisition projects and other related duties as appropriate. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business management, or other related field (or combination of education and related experience preferred). Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting and full-cycle talent acquisition for professional and contract staff roles, including: Position profiling Direct and indirect sourcing Screening and interviewing Management coaching for candidate selection Development and presentation of employment offers Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems to manage open positions and candidates; Taleo experience is a plus. Knowledge of Affirmative Action requirements and goals strongly preferred. Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Strong computer skills with experience using an ATS, electronic job boards, social media, and MS Office . Demonstrated ability as a team player with experience building and sustaining relationships. Proactive attitude and willingness to tackle new situations. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and time management skills.
