Foreman III

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Foreman III to oversee and manage large-scale telecommunications projects. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and experience in the telecommunications industry. Responsibilities Oversee large-scale telecommunications projects, including installation, maintenance, and repair of infrastructure. Manage a team of technicians, assigning tasks and providing guidance as needed. Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards. Review project plans and specifications to ensure they meet safety and quality standards. Coordinate with other departments, such as engineering and project management, to ensure work meets project goals and timelines. Develop and maintain safety procedures and protocols for the team. Conduct safety meetings and training for team members. Monitor and report on project progress and budget to upper management. Identify and report any safety hazards or code violations. Maintain inventory of equipment and materials, ordering new supplies as needed. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. 10+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Experience in a leadership or supervisory role. Good knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure and installation practices. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to telecommunications work. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to train and mentor team members. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
