As a Security Officer Front Desk Emergency Coordination in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. 1. DayTime Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
2. Fri 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
3. Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
4. Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and vendors at a financial institution reception area by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols.
• Manage front-desk access by greeting guests, verifying identification and appointments, issuing visitor credentials, and directing individuals according to site requirements.
• Monitor entry activity, access-control systems, cameras, alarms, and communication channels, reporting unusual activity or access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, incident documentation, and front-desk records while protecting confidential business information.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least six months of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Possess a DD214 with an honorable discharge, an associate degree, 60 college credits, a police academy certificate, or a corrections academy certificate.
• An armed guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
