McGrath Family of Dealerships is looking for an Express Technician to join our team. For the last 70 years, our team has worked relentlessly to establish McGrath as the #1 trusted name in automotive sales and service in Eastern Iowa. Do you have an interest in working on cars, but do not have the skills required? We are looking for someone to join our team as an express technician while being a trained and an apprentice to become a Certified Technician!

Save the money you would spend on college and get working with us right away! Our Service Departments pay and growth plans are lined out so you can see your path onto your career.

This does not require prior automotive experience. It is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and be trained by the best in the business and help grow your job into your career!

McGrath Services include: Oil Changes, Tire Rotations, Multi-Point Vehicle Inspections, Filters Replacements, Headlamp/Bulb Replacements (Most) and Wiper Blades.

What we need from you:

Consistent job history is a MUST
Ability to pass a background check
Valid Drivers License

Experience in any of the following is very helpful (but not required):

Independent and/or tire shops
Chain Store
Muffler/brake shop
Dealerships
Theisen's/Walmart
