Mental Health Therapist

Crosspoint Human Services is seeking a compassionate Mental Health Therapist that will work directly with those we serve to provide therapeutic services in a supportive and collaborative environment. From assessments and treatment planning, to facilitating therapeutic sessions, you will use evidence-based approaches to guide those we serve toward meaningful progress and lasting change.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Completing comprehensive assessments to guide individualized treatment recommendations.
• Completing timely, accurate clinical documentation that meets all regulatory standards.
• Providing individual, family, and/or group therapy grounded in evidence-based practices and a person-centered approach.
• Actively participating in supervision, case consultations, and interdisciplinary team meetings.

Schedule: Monday through Friday.

Job Requirements

• Requires a Master's degree in counseling or a related field.
• Requires more than one year of work experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in working with those we serve and colleagues.
• Proficient in therapeutic processes, treatment planning, and counseling methodologies.
• Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.
