This position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who enjoy helping people and developing valuable customer service and professional experience. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner. Listen carefully to customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Communicate promotional information clearly when appropriate. Follow up with customers and prospective customers as needed. Support customer satisfaction and relationship-building initiatives. Assist with customer outreach and business development activities. Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and activities. Address routine customer concerns and escalates issues when necessary. Communicate customer feedback and recurring questions to team members. Collaborate with colleagues to meet customer service and performance goals. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Comfortable communicating with customers by phone. Strong problem-solving abilities. Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous call center, customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
