Lead .NET Developer

Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Lead .NET Developer to support a high-profile federal government program. Qualifications Active Secret Clearance (required). 8+ years of software development experience with Microsoft technologies. Proven experience leading software development teams or serving as a technical lead. Strong expertise with: C# RESTful APIs Node.js Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) Strong understanding of software architecture, object-oriented design principles, and design patterns. Experience working within Agile development environments. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Experience supporting federal government or Department of Defense programs. Experience with Azure cloud services and DevOps pipelines. Experience with SQL Server and Entity Framework. Familiarity with CI/CD automation and infrastructure-as-code. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field. Serve as the technical lead for a team of developers, providing guidance, code reviews, and mentorship. Develop and maintain backend services using .NET/C# and modern web technologies. Build and support front-end and API integrations utilizing Node.js. Develop and maintain Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft technologies. Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Ensure applications meet security, performance, and scalability standards required for federal government environments. Participate in architecture discussions and recommend improvements to application design, frameworks, and development practices. Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide technical leadership during incident resolution.
