Senior Electrical Engineer

Leadership Track Position
This is a leadership track from day one. You'll manage your own MEP team and have a genuine hand in how the business runs:
- Win the work - produce proposals and negotiate fees that land new projects
- Run the show - project manage MEP teams from kickoff through delivery
- Be the face - lead kickoff meetings with local architects and perform site visits in your area
- Drive the work - coordinate questions/needs lists, schedules, and deliverables with clients
- Build the team - review workload and staffing, interview and hire engineers, and lead employee reviews
What you bring:
- BS in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited school
- 4+ years of commercial MEP design experience (PE and LEED AP are a big plus)
- 3+ years hands-on with Revit and AutoCAD
- 3+ years in building design/consulting engineering
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Sharp organizational skills - you thrive juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced shop
- A self-motivated attitude and a real drive to excel in this industry
