The role is central to pre-sale success, implementation, escalation resolution, and long-term digital adoption across the customer base.ScheduleFull time.Compensation$100,000 to $125,000 per year.What You'll DoThis role serves as the technical backbone of the company's digital ecosystem, developing best practices for middleware installations and leading rule development, interface troubleshooting, and escalated digital issue resolution. The Digital Solutions Engineer partners closely with Training, Sales, Clinical Applications, Field Service, and Product Management teams to ensure customers are digitally enabled, digitally secure, and set up for long term success with the company's digital tools. Day to day work draws on strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows Server operating systems, database administration, and network configuration, along with familiarity with HL7 and ASTM data exchange standards used in clinical diagnostics environments.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Medical Technology, Information Systems, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field5 or more years of experience in clinical diagnostics, middleware support, digital workflow design, technical support, or support of digital productsStrong knowledge of Microsoft OfficeWorking knowledge of Windows Server operating systemsIntermediate level database administration skillsGeneral knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL database management systemsUnderstanding of network configuration, connectivity, and virtualizationFamiliarity with HL7 and ASTM data exchange standardsPreferred QualificationsComputer network infrastructure and Windows networking experiencePrior experience supporting middleware in a clinical diagnostics or laboratory settingCompensation and Benefits$100,000 to $125,000 per yearMedical, dental, and vision healthcare coveragePaid time off and paid holidays401(k) with company matchTo apply, submit your resume for consideration.
