En el Perú, operamos en la mayoría de los sectores económicos como minería, agricultura y pesca, formando parte de la cadena de valor de sus productos y servicios.Descripción del empleoNos encontramos en la búsqueda de una Geóloga de Base de Datos y Control de Calidad (QAQC) Junior, orientada al análisis y aseguramiento de la calidad de la información geológica. La posición brindará soporte clave en la gestión, validación y control de bases de datos geológicas utilizadas para modelamiento geológico, estimación de recursos y reportes técnicos.Funciones:Organizar, verificar y validar datos geológicos y geoquímicos provenientes de canales, sondajes y blast holes.Ejecutar controles de calidad (QAQC) y reportar inconsistencias, anomalías o desviaciones.Realizar auditorías de calidad y consistencia de datos, documentando resultados.Preparar bases de datos validadas para modelamiento geológico y estimaciones de recursos.Desarrollar y utilizar scripts para automatizar procesos de validación y limpieza de datos.Aplicar herramientas de análisis para detectar duplicados, errores y patrones atípicos.Apoyar en la integración y migración de datos entre distintos sistemas y formatos.Coordinar con geólogos de campo, exploraciones y laboratorios.RequisitosEgresada o titulada en Geología o Ingeniería Geológica.0 a 2 años de experiencia en manejo de bases de datos geológicas y/o QAQC(se consideran prácticas profesionales o proyectos académicos).Conocimientos en: Python para análisis de datos y automatización.SQL para consultas y validación de bases de datos.Excel intermedio–avanzado (tablas dinámicas, filtros, validaciones).Información adicionalIngreso a planilla desde el primer día.EssaludSeguro de Vida LeyCapacitaciones constantes.Convenios corporativos.
