Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care in periodontics, including gum disease treatment, implant placement, and cosmetic procedures.
• Diagnose and treat oral pathology.
• Maintain professional communication with patients and colleagues, both spoken and written.
• Participate in in‑house continuing education and mentorship programs.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an ADA‑accredited dental school.
• Board Certified and/or Board Eligible in Periodontics.
• Current Tennessee dental license.
• Current CPR, BLS, and PALS certifications.
• Experience in a clinical or private practice setting.
• Strong aptitude for professional communication.

Benefits

• Daily rate of $1,500.
• Second year earning 35% of adjusted production.
• Sign‑on bonus of $30,000.
• Eligibility to Pathway to Partnership.
• Annual CE budget of $5,000 with an extensive in‑house CE program.
• Full medical and benefits, licensure and DEA expenses covered.
• Malpractice insurance covered.
• ADA and State dues, as well as AAP dues covered.
• Mentorship program and autonomous clinical practice with administrative assistance.
