Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care in periodontics, including gum disease treatment, implant placement, and cosmetic procedures.
- Diagnose and treat oral pathology.
- Maintain professional communication with patients and colleagues, both spoken and written.
- Participate in in‑house continuing education and mentorship programs.
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an ADA‑accredited dental school.
- Board Certified and/or Board Eligible in Periodontics.
- Current Tennessee dental license.
- Current CPR, BLS, and PALS certifications.
- Experience in a clinical or private practice setting.
- Strong aptitude for professional communication.
Benefits
- Daily rate of $1,500.
- Second year earning 35% of adjusted production.
- Sign‑on bonus of $30,000.
- Eligibility to Pathway to Partnership.
- Annual CE budget of $5,000 with an extensive in‑house CE program.
- Full medical and benefits, licensure and DEA expenses covered.
- Malpractice insurance covered.
- ADA and State dues, as well as AAP dues covered.
- Mentorship program and autonomous clinical practice with administrative assistance.
