Reservation Coordinator

We#39;re looking for outgoing, organized people who enjoy helping others and want to learn how to plan and coordinate vacations for clients.

You don#39;t need previous industry experience. If you#39;re comfortable working with people, learning new systems, researching destinations, and managing details, we#39;ll provide the training to help you get started.

What You#39;ll Do

You#39;ll help clients plan vacations from the first idea through the final booking. That can include researching destinations, comparing resorts and cruises, coordinating accommodations and activities, answering client questions, keeping track of reservation details, and providing support as their trip approaches.

Depending on the client, one day you might be researching a Caribbean resort and the next comparing cruise itineraries, European destinations, or family vacation options.

What We#39;re Looking For

We#39;re looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, comfortable communicating by phone, text and email, and able to work independently.

You should enjoy researching, solving problems, learning new things and helping people make decisions.

Customer service, hospitality, sales, administrative, military-family, event planning or similar experience can be helpful, but it is not required.

What You#39;ll Receive

Training is provided for beginners, along with ongoing mentorship, supplier and destination education, booking resources, marketing education and access to industry tools.

This is a remote opportunity with the flexibility to create your own schedule.

Compensation amp; Work Structure

This is an independent contractor position rather than a salaried or hourly employee role.
