Qualifications

• 5+ years in aerospace manufacturing, quality engineering, supplier quality, or operations.
• 3-5+ years leading quality teams, engineers, or quality managers.
• Experience supporting OEMs, FAA-regulated products, and aerospace manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional initiatives involving Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Customers.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with AS9100 and supplier quality management.
• Lead and develop a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent and driving retention.
• Implement quality management systems and drive continuous improvement in processes.
• Oversee supplier audits and corrective action management.
• Facilitate production readiness reviews and new product introductions.
