This individual will offer a unique creative perspective, deep market insight, and the ability to turn inspiration into successful collections.The ideal candidate possesses a keen understanding of contemporary women's fashion, a love for luxurious textiles, impactful prints, rich color palettes, and flattering shapes. Experience in designing upscale event wear and lifestyle collections is highly valued.ResponsibilitiesEstablish and implement seasonal creative direction in line with the brand's vision and expansion plans.Develop captivating collections spanning dresses, separates, and expanding lifestyle lines.Create cohesive seasonal themes through color, print, fabric, and silhouette exploration.Identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and market opportunities to guide product direction.Balance creativity and business strategy to produce products that resonate with the target demographic.Collaborate with merchandising, product development, sales, and other internal teams from concept to final product.Present seasonal concepts, design concepts, and collection strategies to leadership and cross-functional teams.Support and guide design team members while nurturing a collaborative and inspiring creative atmosphere.Introduce innovative concepts that reinforce brand identity and support future business growth.QualificationsAt least 7 years of experience designing women's clothing in a contemporary, premium, or luxury fashion setting.Solid expertise in event wear, special occasion dressing, or elevated women's categories is preferred.Exceptional eye for color, print, fabric, proportion, and overall aesthetic direction.Advanced knowledge of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and market positioning.Strong illustration, sketching, storytelling, and presentation skills.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.Strategic thinker adept at integrating creative vision with business goals.Highly collaborative, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.The OpportunityThis position offers the opportunity to directly shape the future of a reputable women's fashion brand and contribute to a growing lifestyle collection through innovative design, strong creative leadership, and a distinct perspective.
