Desired Qualifications:

• Current Occupational Therapist license in the state.
• Previous experience with middle and high school students is an asset.
• Strong skills in conducting evaluations, developing IEP goals, and delivering direct therapy.
• Clear communicator with capacity for effective collaboration across multidisciplinary school teams.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and enthusiastic about student growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver OT services tailored to the unique needs of MS and HS students.
• Assess, document, and monitor student progress through evaluations and regular reporting.
• Collaborate with students, families, and staff to create and implement effective IEPs.
• Attend team meetings to contribute insights and advocate for best practices in OT delivery.
• Maintain compliance with all legal, ethical, and administrative requirements.
