You'll run maintenance and service calls scheduled by Dispatch, inspect every system top to bottom, and give customers honest options built around what they need. Show up on time, do clean work, protect the home, and keep your truck dialed in. That's the gig.

What You'll Do

• Run maintenance and service calls from Dispatch, on time, every time
• Give each customer an accurate ETA and walk them through what to expect
• Inspect every HVAC system thoroughly and flag any issues you find
• Offer clear options, plus service agreements and comfort upgrades
• Debrief with Dispatch, track parts, and keep your paperwork tight
• Leave every home as clean — or cleaner — than you found it
• Keep your truck stocked, inventoried, and inspection-ready

Requirements

What You Bring

• EPA Certification (R-22) — required
• High school diploma or GED
• NATE/ICE Certification — a plus
• Sharp troubleshooting on refrigerant, electrical, and duct systems
• Valid driver's license and a clean enough record to drive for us
• Tablet/smartphone comfortable, GPS-capable
• Can lift 50+ lbs and handle the physical demands of the trade
• A pro who shows up sharp and treats customers right
