Accounts Receivable Supervisor – North Little Rock, AR We are immediately hiring for an Accounts Receivable Supervisor in our Accounting Department in North Little Rock, AR. General Description of Position Supervises, coordinates and reviews for improvement all Accounts Receivable processes in a multi‑company environment. Supervises all personnel in the department. Responsibilities Supervision and continuous improvement of researching and collecting on all customer receivables and payment discrepancies within the system. Overseeing all daily cash postings and ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Handling intercompany transactions when the invoice and the cash received fall under two different companies. Ensuring compliance with AR Policies through internal control audits and software integrity checks. Establishing, modifying, documenting, and coordinating job documentation of supervised areas. Appraising performance, coaching, counseling, rewarding, and disciplining employees; interviewing, hiring, and terminating personnel as necessary. Reviewing and adjusting refunds to customers for duplicate payments and overpayments. Providing alternative payment methods to customers when advantageous. Compiling and distributing accurate reports and worksheets by assigned deadlines. Leading all software updates related to the Accounts Receivable computer systems and creating reports using report‑writing tools. Maintaining information for manual operation in the event of a crisis. Ensuring company confidentiality. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered. Preferred Certificates, Licenses, Registrations 2 years accounting experience and/or Bachelor of Science Degree in Business field.
