MLR is looking for a dedicated full-time Radiation Therapist to join our client's renowned oncology team at a premier healthcare facility located near Fabens, TX!

Key Responsibilities for Radiation Therapist:

• Administer precise radiation treatments, prioritizing patient safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement customized treatment plans.
• Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment in accordance with safety protocols.
• Monitor patient progress and manage side effects, providing support and educational materials to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate patient records following healthcare regulations.
• Participate in quality assurance and improvement efforts to enhance patient care.

Qualifications for Radiation Therapist:

• Current certification as a Radiation Therapist (ARRT) is required.
• Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy program.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
