Service Desk Engineer

To provide exceptional technical support for a global client base, the full-time remote Service Desk Engineer will deliver first and second-level assistance across endpoint, cloud, security, and collaboration technologies while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities Utilize AI-enabled support tools to enhance incident resolution and service quality Support Microsoft 365 and related cloud services, ensuring compliance and device management Respond to security incidents and maintain accurate documentation and knowledge base articles Required qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience 2+ years of experience in a Service Desk, Help Desk, or Technical Support environment Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Active Directory Experience supporting Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms Working knowledge of cybersecurity concepts including MFA and endpoint protection
