Front-End UI Developer / Accessibility Expert

Excelraise, LLC is seeking a highly skilled, communication-focused UI Developer / Accessibility Expert to support a mission-critical digital modernization initiative for the State of Iowa Department of Management (DOM), Division of Information Technology (DoIT). This is a dedicated front-end engineering role. We are looking for a specialist who will focus entirely on creating high-quality, accessible, and maintainable user interfaces—rather than full-stack or backend development—to support high-visibility projects for the Iowa Workforce Development (IWD), Department of Natural Resources (DNR), Department of Education (DOE), and Health and Human Services (HHS).
