Residential Direct Support Professional

Seeking a full-time Adult Residential Support Professional for a Substance Use Disorder treatment facility. Key responsibilities include: Supporting and monitoring residents, providing positive role modeling, and maintaining accurate records of behaviors and actions. Assisting with medication management, housekeeping, transportation, and life skills development. Responding to emergencies, supporting clinical treatment plans, and facilitating educational activities. Performing basic first aid and ensuring confidentiality of client information. Qualifications and skills: High School diploma or GED required; related experience or coursework in social services preferred. Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, and willingness to complete necessary training. Effective verbal and written communication, computer literacy, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
