Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Maintaining consistent communication with physicians regarding patient progress, identifying needs, and discussing potential concerns or complications.

• Collaborating with the health care team to develop individualized treatment plans, including discharge recommendations based on comprehensive psychosocial assessments.

• Providing counseling and crisis intervention services to patients, which includes assessing, diagnosing, and treating emotional and behavioral health issues.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n
