In this role, you will first receive training on production processes and safety, then lead a team of up to 40 employees. Responsibilities include monitoring workflow, maintaining quality and safety, assisting with coaching, and overseeing shift operations. This is an 11am - 7pm Monday - Friday role, with some shift flexibility and weekend work needed to cover other supervisors.
