Martis Camp
Martis Camp is seeking a Grounds Manager to oversee daily operations, landscape maintenance, and team supervision within a stunning 2,177-acre mountain community. This leadership role combines horticultural expertise and operational planning to maintain exceptional outdoor environments while enhancing member experiences. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience, a strong understanding of landscape practices, and excellent communication skills. A California DPR certificate is preferred.
