This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a senior living environment.Pay Rate:$18.00 per hourWork Schedule:Day shiftMultiple schedules available7:00AM - 3:00PM12:00PM - 7:00PMKey Responsibilities:Clean and sanitize resident common areas, hallways, restrooms, offices, and other assigned areas.Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect surfaces throughout the facility.Empty trash and properly dispose of waste.Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces to maintain a safe environment.Restock restroom and cleaning supplies as needed.Maintain cleaning carts, supplies, and equipment in an organized manner.Follow established cleaning, sanitation, and safety procedures.Report maintenance, safety, or sanitation concerns to the appropriate supervisor.Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor around residents, staff, and visitors.Skills and Experience Required:Previous housekeeping, janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience preferred.Senior living, healthcare, hotel, or environmental services experience is a plus.Knowledge of basic cleaning and sanitizing procedures.Ability to safely use cleaning chemicals and standard janitorial equipment.Strong attention to detail.Dependable attendance and punctuality.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the shift.Must be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.Ability to lift and carry up to approximately 25–50 lbs.Education Requirements:No specific education required.DON'T WAIT!
